2018 Lavender Ridge Roussanne

Wonderful pairing last night of the newly released 2018 Lavender Ridge Roussanne. It was paired with my Shanghai Chicken dish. Long thin strips of chicken stir-fried in a white wine, ginger, jalapeno peppers, habanero peppers, garlic, peppercorn and cilantro. Topped with onions, sesame seeds, Mandarin oranges and drizzled with a hot & spicy dipping sauce. The Roussanne was powerful with floral aromatics, with hints of peaches, pears and with a rich and silky smooth mouthful texture. #roussannewine #roussanne #lavenderridgewinery https://californiawinesandwineries.com
