Oak or un-Oak, Rosa Fierro Cellars Has It!

2017 Rosa Fierro Cellars Oaked Chardonnay with Linguine with shrimp, spinach, garlic and spices. Accompanied with sautéed asparagus and mushrooms. Rosa Fierra Cellars is located in Livermore Calif. This was a Gold Medal winner at San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition in 2019. The oak is a bit overwhelming but it allows pear and a unique marshmallow flavors to shine. Rosa Fierro Cellars also makes a non-Oaked version of Chardonnay.
