When it is 70 degrees during the day on Feb 7th, you finish a nice round of golf and then throw some burgers on the BBQ. Add a garden salad and Southwest Potatoes with bacon and green onions and you know Spring is coming up shortly! Paired with a 2017 Coppermine Cabernet Franc. On the eyes a light ruby coloring and medium viscosity. On the nose and palate blueberries, cherries and violets.
