2019 Cabernet Franc Wine Competition Set
As of today we have 38 wines being poured at the Inaugural Cabernet Franc Wine Competition. The event will be held annually on International Cabernet Franc Day, December 4th.
This first event was limited to California wineries producing Cabernet Franc. Next year it will be open the all 50 states! The following year, it will have an international component added.
Currently we have 16 AVA’s or sub-AVA’s participating in the competition. Since this is a blind competition, I will not mention the wineries by name, but here are the areas represented.
