2014 Rapp Ranch Carneros Chardonnay by Rudy Zuidema. On the eye light colored straw & medium viscosity. On the nose & palate, pear, kiwifruit and butterscotch with a slight minerality finish. Paired with Fijian style chicken & basil pilau stir-fried in an oyster sauce. Singapore style noodles with vegetables and lean pork.
