A 2016 Crocker & Starr Sauvignon Blanc last night. A light and crispy Sauvignon Blanc with citrus, melon, mango and kiwifruit notes. A beautiful stone finish resonated. First, appetizers of Irish cheddar, olives, Kalamata olives, spicy Mozzarella cheese and crackers.
