2014 Shadybrook Estate Winery Cabernet Sauvignon and charcuterie plate offered at the winery. Spent a couple of hours with winemaker Rudy Zuidema talking about his journey in making wine (more later). The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is a smooth and layered wine. On the eyes it is dark and enticing. A cacophony of flavors from sweet pipe tobacco to plum to blackberries delight the senses.
